Mesquite Herb Sauce

 2/3 cup oil
1 tbsp. water
1/4 cup MESQUITE MUSTARD
3/4 tsp. tarragon, thyme or dill weed
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt

 

Combine ingredients in blender container, cover and
blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds. 
Serve with meat, chicken, fish or veal.
(makes approximately 1 cup)
